HOW TO PREPARE THE CONFERENCE PAPER

• The abstracts will be accepted only through the internet site.
• You can find the abstract sample on the Congress website. In this sample it is indicated step by step how to prepare the abstract. The manuscripts have to be prepared in the light of this sample.
• If your paper has contents of RESEARCH and APPLICATION, organize it respectively as: “Abstract:…….. Introduction:……... Aim:………. Scope:……….. Method:………… Limitations:…………. Problem of the Study:………….. Limitations of the Study:…………… Findings:…………… Conclusion:…………...
• If your paper is based on Literature Review, Compilation and Case Study the following parts should be prepared in this order: Abstract:………. Introduction:………… Aim:………… Scope:…………… Findings:………….. Conclusion:…………. .
• If your study is prepared as Research and Application, and involves environmental experiment, laboratory practices, and names of governmental or private institutions, information about ethics board approval or the institutional approval of the institution where the study is carried out must be definitely provided in the method section of the study. It is obligatory to clearly indicate in the method section of the study that the ethics board approvals or institutional approvals are taken from which institution, on which date, and with which number. Our congress does not accept and will not accept any responsabilities emerged during the time course because of the ethics board approvals and institutional approvals. The responsibility belongs to the author(s).
• Abstract must be written in English or in Turkish within the limits of abstract form. Abstract must consist of at least 150 words, and 250 words at maximum. The prepared abstract needs to be organized in a way that the reader can comprehend and understand the whole of the study.
• The participant who registers in the system has to fill out completely her/his personal information. All the process in the congress is organized according to the system information of the participant who becomes a member. Our congress and management of the congress cannot be held responsible for the issues which may emerge as a result of the faults occurring in the system because of the member. Name, surname, phone number, institutional information, e-mail address, and full address information of the member must be wholly and completely filled in.
• For the papers that complete the process positively, the system sends an e-mail automatically which is as following: your paper has completed the assessment period and your paper has been put in the line for being presented as “ORAL PRESENTATION or POSTER PRESENTATION” in the congress. The member who receives this e-mail has to put the participation fee into the bank account of the relevant congress, and has to send the receipt to the e-mail address mentioned in the mail.
• Abstract titles should be written in capital letters. Ensure that they are in a font size 12. The conference papers should entirely be written in TIMES NEW ROMAN font.
